yes, i just crawled out from under a rock. since i've been pretty lucky over the year, i haven't had to reup my account in a long time. today, i realized that neteller isn't working. i can't complain. at least i don't have a balance there, but is there any (safe) way to reup? or are the feds trying to get us to all use street bookies, which i despise. what alternatives are there? does anybody use paypal? even my visa was denied, although i just bought gas with it.
